Product Description

The Dongyuan single-component polyurethane foam sealant for winter is a product suitable for operation in low-temperature environments. It can foam normally in low temperatures and also has excellent insulation, soundproofing, bonding and sealing effects at low temperatures. This product is available in both gun-type and tube-type specifications.

Surface treatment

Instruction Manual

Before use, shake the canister at least 20 times; wet the bonding surface with water; for deeper holes, spray water on the interface for each layer of foam to ensure that the foam is fully cured and there is good adhesion between each layer. Unsolidified foam can be cleaned with a cleaning agent, while solidified foam should be removed by mechanical methods.

Storage

The product should be stored upright in a dry environment with a temperature ranging from 5 to 35 degrees Celsius; during storage, avoid direct sunlight or exposure to temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. The product has a shelf life of 9 months. Note: High temperatures will significantly reduce the shelf life of the product.
