Product Description

JS-337 is a one-component polyurethane joint sealant for waterproofing. It is mainly used for the 45-degree joint seams of building doors and windows and other metal curtain wall structures. It can also be used for the joint seams of middle beams, cross frames, and fasteners, serving to seal and prevent water and vapor penetration. During the curing process of JS-337 polyurethane joint sealant, there is no shrinkage. After curing, it has good elasticity and weather resistance, and provides excellent waterproof and sealing effects.

Used for sealing the joints between profiles, providing waterproof and rust-proof functions;
45-degree joint at the window corner where angle brackets are connected;
T-type connection at the middle support;
Joint at the 90° screwed connection of the window corner;
Anti-leakage and repair for system doors and windows.

Storage and Expiry Date

 Store in a cool and dry place in the original packaging. The shelf life is 6 months.

Usage instructions
Apply the anti-seepage glue to the flat plate;
Use a sponge roller to dip the cross-sectional anti-seepage glue, making sure the glue is evenly spread on the sponge roller; Then, evenly apply the cross-sectional anti-seepage glue on the cross-section of the aluminum profile.

Notes for Attention

Do not store in high-temperature and high-humidity environments;
After the surface of this product is cured, its strength gradually increases. It is necessary to remove the residual glue on the surface of the profile in time. When used in water immersion situations, it should be fully cured before immersion (curing at 23℃ for 7 days).

Health and Safety

Avoid contact of sealant products with food and cosmetics;
Unsolidified sealant should not come into prolonged contact with the skin. If allergic or other discomfort symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately;
If sealant accidentally gets into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor;
Place the product out of reach of children.
