Product Applications
Structural bonding and sealing of the corners of insulated aluminum alloy doors and windows;
Structural bonding and sealing of the corners of steel-plastic extruded profiles doors and windows, and wood-aluminum composite doors and windows; Structural bonding and sealing of metal curtain wall doors and windows;
Structural bonding and sealing of ordinary aluminum alloy doors and windows, and wood-aluminum doors and windows;
Bonding of aluminum materials inside and outside the camper;
Bonding of polyester components and metal frames;
Structural bonding of other materials.
Product features
Excellent thixotropic property, anti-splashing;
Excellent adhesion to the substrate;
Good heat resistance and weather resistance;
Fast curing speed;
The curing process does not rely on moisture and no irritating gases are produced.
Usage instructions
Clean the surface of the substrate before use to ensure there are no dust, oil stains or other impurities. Usage method one (bottle):
1. Mix the A and B components in a 1:1 ratio and pour or squeeze them into a suitable container.
2. Use a suitable equipment (electric mixer or ordinary stick-like object) to stir evenly.
3. Apply it to the area to be bonded using scraping or other methods.
Usage method two (AB tube):
1. Put the tube into a manual or pneumatic two-component glue gun;
2. Remove the block at the front end of the tube, screw on the spiral extrusion-type glue nozzle, and cut the size of the glue nozzle outlet according to needs;
3. Start the glue gun, squeeze out about 20g to discard, and then apply it to the area where the substrate needs to be bonded or sealed.
Residual Adhesive Cleaning Method
Ethyl acetate is recommended for cleaning leftover adhesive.

FAQ
FAQ 1 What is JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing
JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing is a two-part polyurethane adhesive consisting of Component A curing agent and Component B polyol. It is specially developed for angle joint bonding of aluminum alloy doors, windows and curtain wall profiles. The two components need to be evenly mixed before construction, and the mixture will form high‑strength structural bonding after curing.
FAQ 2 What are the suitable construction and service temperature for JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing
The proper construction temperature ranges from 5℃ to 40℃. After full curing, JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing can keep stable performance within -20℃ to +80℃, adapting to various outdoor climatic conditions of door and window projects.
FAQ 3 What mechanical performance can cured JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing deliver
Cured JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing features shear strength above 8.0 MPa and shore hardness higher than 70. Its sagging value is zero, so it will not drip or flow on vertical profile joints to maintain neat glue lines during mass production. Superior mechanical strength provides firm structural reinforcement for spliced corners.
FAQ 4 What operation and storage suggestions apply to JS‑338 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive for Angle Jointing
The pot life after mixing Component A and Component B is 20–30 minutes, please complete construction within this period. Store unopened packages in cool, dry and ventilated places below 30℃, avoiding direct sunlight and high‑temperature environments. Use the product before the expiration date to guarantee stable bonding performance.
