Product Usage

The angle adhesive is mainly used for connecting the corner pieces of aluminum alloy, steel-plastic co-extruded materials, wood-aluminum composite materials, and aluminum-plastic composite materials in doors and windows. Its main function is to bond the corner pieces to the cavity walls of the profiles, thereby achieving structural reinforcement.

Features:

2.Strong temperature resistance: Can withstand large temperature changes without affecting the bonding effect.
3.Good weather resistance: Can maintain good bonding performance even in harsh environments.
4.After curing, it has certain elasticity: Helps absorb vibrations, reducing problems such as window corner cracking, misalignment, deformation and leakage.
5.Suitable for open jointing process: Can be applied using single-component glue guns or two-component glue guns.

Usage instructions:

The joint adhesive is in a filling structure. Before use, all surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, rust and oil stains. After cutting off the top of the threaded line, cut the nozzle according to the gap width, rotate and fix the nozzle. Install the can material onto the glue gun, apply glue to the cavity wall of the profile or on the angle block.
1. Select high-quality sawing equipment to ensure the processing accuracy of the profile. Clean the cross-section of the profile and the angle block, and try to remove any oil stains.
2. Keep the inner cavity of the connection part of the profile and the angle block, as well as the cross-section of the profile, at a certain humidity (it is recommended to wipe the areas to be glued with a damp cloth and set aside for later use).
3. Apply an appropriate amount of "joint adhesive" to the effective contact surfaces between the angle block and the profile and the connection surface of the profile.
4. Insert the angle block, align along the angle seam, and complete the positioning and fixation process of this angle with the "joint machine".
5. After the four corners of the door and window are completed with the positioning and fixation process, try to confirm and adjust the size and flatness within 30 minutes.
6. After the completion of all operations, clean the excess residual glue at the angle seam and other places before the joint adhesive is fully cured as soon as possible.
7. The finished doors and windows should avoid excessive uneven force and severe collisions during stacking and transportation. Since the joint adhesive generally reaches its maximum strength in about 7 days, it is recommended to start the engineering installation one week later.

Storage period
Please store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place below 27°C; for unopened products, the shelf life is 9 months from the production date.
