Product features

1.The normal applicable temperature of the material tank: +10°C to +35°C;
2.The optimal usage temperature: +18°C to +25°C;
3.The temperature range of the cured foam: -30°C to +80°C;
4.The drying time: approximately 8 to 10 minutes, and it can be cut, sanded and sprayed after 60 minutes of curing;

5.Safety: This product is harmless to the human body after curing;
6.Foaming ratio: This product was tested according to the JC/T 936 standard, and the foaming ratio is 60 times.

Main purpose

Filling and installation of door and window frames;
Sealing of wall cracks and holes;
Filling of gaps in pipes, ventilation openings and electrical outlets.

Construction method

1.Remove grease, dust and other substances from the work surface and moisten it;
2.Shake the tank up and down for 1 minute to ensure the raw materials inside are thoroughly mixed and the protective cover is      removed;
3.Attach the tank to the gun, open the regulating valve, moderately pull the trigger, and aim the gun head at the gap to fill the foam;
4.During filling, the vertical surface fills from bottom to top, and the horizontal surface fills from one end to the other. Fill to 50% to 80% of the gap, and the remaining space expands to be full with foam:
5.When replacing the material tank, first close the regulating valve, remove the empty tank, quickly attach the already mixed tank to  the gun;
6.After using the spray gun, immediately install the special cleaning agent and thoroughly clean the spray gun;
7.This product is not resistant to ultraviolet rays. It needs to be coated with other materials on the foam surface, such as: silicone, gypsum, paint, etc.

Safety Instructions

During construction, please wear protective gloves, clothes, masks and goggles. The construction site should have ventilation conditions.
This product may cause discomfort to the eyes and respiratory system.
The product is harmless to the human body after curing.
Prohibit approaching open flames, prohibit contact with flammable and explosive substances, and prohibit smoking.
Avoid direct sunlight, place it in a cool place, and the temperature should not exceed 50°C. After use, do not burn or puncture the empty tank. Please place the material tank out of the reach of children.

Storage period

Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place. The shelf life is 9 months from the production date.
